The other day when I was in Kanab, Utah, I was delighted to find these gluten free Table Crackers on the shelf at Honey’s Jubilee. It has been almost two years since I found that box of Biscotti Con Cioccolato at a little store in Maryland. I still remember the taste of them, but since I have not seen anything of this brand in a store since then, I haven’t had them again. And since they were so good, I decided to buy a box of their Table Crackers.
The next day for lunch, I had a chef salad, served with Schar Gluten Free Table Crackers. The crackers were just crunchy enough, and had a marvelous taste, almost like my pre-gluten free Club Crackers that I loved so much. They hold up to peanut butter, and one of my favorite ways to eat crackers, spread with butter.
I will definitely be buying these again. These were also expensive, at $4.89 for a 7 oz package, but they come in three individually wrapped inner packages.
Schar, whose name has two dots over the “a” that I can not figure out how to put there in this blog, has a wide variety of products. These include breads, pasta, flour, snacks, cookies and more. With two out of two that I have tried being top notch products, I won’t hesitate to try others if I find them on a grocery shelf somewhere.
