It has recipes for real food that real people love–things like Chilled Asparagus Soup and Crab, Avocado, and Cucumber Salad with Tarragon Vinaigrette. Gluten Free Crackers, Pumpkin Soup, and Creamless Corn Chowder. This book includes the story behind the couple and 100 gluten free recipes.

All the recipes in this book are made without the use of those ingredients. They do however, contain wheat flour, so if you are a gluten free person, you will have to experiment with your favorite gluten free baking flours when using these recipes. Goodies included in this book are Lemon Squares, Benjamins Chocolate Chip Cookies, Banana Bread, and Chocolate Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting.
