Kettle Cuisine Angus Beef Steak Chili with Beans

I received an assortment of frozen gluten free soups from Kettle Cuisine the other day. Kettle Cuisine has a a very good selection of soups, from Angus Beef Steak Chili with Beans to Thai Curry Chicken Soup to Organic Mushroom and Potato to Southwestern Chicken and Corn Chowder. As a matter of fact, they have 10 different varieties and all of them are gluten free. But as with any gluten free product, it doesn’t matter just that something is gluten free–it has to TASTE GOOD as well for me to buy it or try it a second time.

We tried two varietes today–the Angus Beef Steak Chili with Beans and the Southwestern Chicken and Corn Chowder. Both were delicious. So tasty in fact, that my non-gluten free husband actually raved about the chili! He said he was “very impressed” with the flavor of it, because he didn’t expect much from a frozen chili product. He loved it!

My chowder was delicious as well. It tasted very close to my home made chicken corn chowder, and the fact that all I had to do was pop it in the microwave, made me love it all the more. We’ll definitely be adding these soups to our shopping list in the future.

Angus Beef Steak Chili with Beans Ingredients: Tomatoes, (tomatoes, sea salt, naturally derived citric acid), angus beef, onions, red chili beans, green peppers, diced green chilies, (green chili peppers, water, salt, naturally derived citric acid), tomato paste (tomatoes, naturally derived citric acid), spices, pork fat, paprika, sea salt, garlic, cocoa powder, pepper sauce (distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt).
